ZO by name and Promo by nature, Promo ZO instinctively champions the freshest underground Drum and Bass.

With past broadcasts on Ministry of Sound Radio presenting alongside the likes of DJ Zinc and regular guest mixes on Kane FM. Speed to the present day and Promo ZO can be found broadcasting live every Wednesday on Bassdrive or standing in for Uncle Dugs on Rinse FM, plus regularly playing the London club and festival circuit.

ZO’s DJ highlights include supporting Shy FX, Chase & Status, Hybrid Minds and K Motionz for Worried About Henry, representing Planet V at Studio 338, Hospitality on The Beach as well as Hospitality in The Woods and in autumn 2023 at the infamous Fabric London celebrating 30 Years of V Recordings.

Having already debuted at KOKO, Fabric, Ministry of Sound and internationally plus securing residencies with Sundown Festival, Drum and Bass Classics, Multifunction Brighton and more, not to mention recent press in The Sun in print and online, UKF and Mixcloud, things aren’t slowing down anytime soon for Promo ZO.

Focused on productions ‘The Truth’ Promo ZO’s debut solo self-release garnered great support from both BBC Introducing and Hospital Records with a spot on the WIDNB playlist, aside a trio of tracks released under the Konnect (UK) collaboration project with 2Shy MC on Conjunction Recordings and ProgRam.

2022 saw the release of her first official solo track signing ‘Jungle Ting’ on the Moondance Together album which charted on Beatport at number one, twice! And 2023 saw further Promo ZO productions including ‘Plain Sight’ released on her own imprint ZO AUDIO, a Konnect (UK) collaboration with AKAS featuring Rage ‘Rolling Desire’ on Deep In The Jungle and ‘Sandi’ on In-Reach Records which gained incredible support from Abbie McCarthy on BBC Introducing in Kent.

To add to an already impressive resume Zo closed out 2023 with a BBC Introducing Drum & Bass guest mix and was awarded a Warner Music Scholarship in association with TheWRD from The Ivors Academy.

And for ’24? Kicking the New Year door wide open with another Rinse FM cover show, the announcement of further Four::mula events, more Promo ZO and Konnect (UK) beats, plus a very special ‘All Crews’ project due to be revealed in Easter of this year.
